• Manage multiple locations from a centralized dashboard

3. Account Registration

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access

4. Subscription & Payments

4.1 Pricing

4.2 Free Trial

A free trial may be offered to new users. Trial duration and features may vary. At the end of the trial, an active subscription is required to continue using the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vezfi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business operations.

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vezfi from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

• Outstanding fees remain payable
